Customer Service / Basic Computer Skills Development Program

We are a Non Profit Employment Program whose aim is to provide businesses across Canada with individuals that have the personal, professional and technical skills needed in today’s market place.
Our primary mandate is to empower individuals through skill enhancement to achieve excellence and satisfaction in the workplace and offer an 8 Week TUITION FREE Customer Service/Computer Skills Development Program.
Our 8 week (Monday to Friday 9AM to 3PM) Customer Service/Computer Skills Development Program is 100% facilitator led. Travel and day care assistance are available, if required. Class size is kept to a minimum (Maximum of 10 to 12 participants) to ensure that each participant receives individualized instruction.
Participants that are interested in the program do not have to have any experience with computers, must have the ability to read and write English and the willingness to be employed and self-sufficient. We offer supported job-search assistance to our graduates.
Important: Participants must not be on or eligible for Employment Insurance Benefits or Reachback eligibility or have received benefits in the past 3 years, (EXEMPTIONS CAN BE OBTAINED).
Social Assistance recipients are eligible.
