With their 11th season underway, Charley B's Classic Grill & Ice Cream Parlour owner Charllotte Guenther is ready to serve up some of their most popular dishes like the bandit burger, lemon raspberry cheesecake ice cream, and dessert Bannock.

Guenther comes from a long line of Métis entrepreneurs and has built a strong relationship with the Louis Riel Capital Corporation (LRCC), the Manitoba Métis Federation's (MMF) affiliate lending institution. This relationship has led to a successful decade of building rapport with customers and growing the walk-up service restaurant.
