Local By-Law Consultations Workbook

The MMF encourages registered Citizens to fill out the following questionnaire in the MMF Local Bylaw Consultation Workbook that is accessible below.

Please note:

• You must provide your Citizenship V number on pg. 2.
• Only one submission per Citizen.

There are two methods you can submit the questionnaire:

Method 1:

1. Click the document below.
2. Download the PDF to your desktop or mobile device.
3. Open the document and print the PDF.
4. Read through the document and fill out the questionnaire as the questions appear.
5. Once completed, you can bring the printed document to your MMF Regional Office in-person, by mail or email. For regional contact information click here.

Method 2:

1. Click the document below.
2. Download the PDF file to your desktop computer.
3. Open the document.
4. Read through the document and fill out the questionnaire as the questions appear.
5. Once you've filled out all of the questions, on the bottom of Pg. 23 of the document, you will see a "Click here to submit your feedback" button. Press on the button.
6. By clicking the button, you will be re-directed to an automatic email message with the questionnaire attached to the email "LocalBylaw@mmf.mb.ca". Click send and you're all set.
