Federal Election 2025

As the National Government of the Red River Métis, we recognize the importance of Red River Métis Citizens exercising their democratic duty by participating in the upcoming federal election.

The Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF) has reached out to federal party leaders with questions about issues that could affect MMF programming, initiatives, and Citizens. We received responses from the Liberal Party, New Democratic Party, Green Party, and the Bloc-Quebecois. The Conservative Party has yet to respond to our questions.

Your vote matters this election season; we encourage Citizens to stay informed on matters that can impact your rights as Red River Métis Citizens. Advanced polls are open April 18-21 and Election Day is April 28.
