The Manitoba Métis Federation's Early Learning and Child Care Department and Affiliated Centres will be governed by a Child Care Committee. The minimum number of Committee Members on Child Care Committees will be five (5) members, and the maximum number will be eight (8). Committee members will be knowledgeable on the Best Practices Licensing Manual for Early Learning and Child Care Association's Code of Ethics, departments, and affiliates.
